On Jan. 14, Thornton Police Officers arrested three suspects after a burglaryin the 9600 block of Huron Streetled to a shooting that resulted in one death.The case was presented to the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. After review, the District Attorney’s Office filed the following charges against the individuals listed below:
Vincent Rios
- Count 1: Special Offender (DF1)
- Count 2: Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Distribute a Controlled Substance (DF2)
LeoBonavich
- Count 1: First Degree Burglary (F3)
- Count 2: Crime of Violence
Richard Hernandez
- Count 1: First Degree Burglary (F3)
- Count 2: Vehicular Eluding (F5)
- Count 3: Crime of Violence
